NtegraCare Managed is a solution we use to keep an eye on our client’s critical infrastructures, perform routine maintenance and when required, repair our clients’ technology infrastructure.

What are the advantages of NtegraCare™ Managed?

NtegraCare Managed combines the advantages of our NtegraCare Proactive, routine maintenance and hassle free problem repair. Imagine, as in the example provide on our NtegraCare Proactive page, that you had the ability to take your car into the shop everyday and have a full inspection performed. The vehicle technician would become very familiar with your vehicle and quickly recognize problems that might cause you some issues later while driving. Because the technician has seen your car everyday he quickly realizes that one of your tires has a small nail in it. Without a second thought he removes the tire, pulls the nail and patches the hole. Then to ensure your car is running the best it possibly can, he changes all your fluids (oil, radiator, power steering, transmission, etc.), tightens every bolt on the car, removes build up around critical engine parts, vacuums the car and takes it for a test drive. After the test drive, he realizes the car is pulling a little to the left so he gives the car a realignment. He then hands you the keys and says, “It’s all yours.” Would that not be the best automobile technician you ever met? Well…this is exactly how NtegraCare Management works. Our state-of-the-art management system and our technicians take care of your technology infrastructure even while you sleep.
