At Ntegra IT Solutions, we believe that if a company is going to supply computer repair then that company must be both trust worthy and good at what they do.  At Ntegra IT Solutions, we are both. 

In our experience, we’ve found, all too often, that a business requesting computer repair only gets what they ask for.  However, a good technician knows that many times the requirements to fully repair a computer are more encompassing then a client’s basic request of “My computer doesn’t work.  Please fix it.”   Our NtegraCare™ technicians use a multi-stage process when doing computer repairs to ensure our client’s are both happy and comfortable with any work we do for them.

NtegraCare™ AID & ASSIST™

Assess the problem

Our technicians will review the computer problem and determine the required steps for repair.

Identify special requirements

Working with the client and reviewing the computer system, our technicians will determine if the computer requires any special software, settings or hardware to make it work properly.

Determine impact and time of repair

After assessing the problem and determining any special requirements, an NtegraCare™ technician will evaluate the amount of downtime required to repair the problem.

Alert business owner of impact and remediation

The NtegraCare™ technician will report the impact and the required repairs to the business owner or appointed responsible party, both addressing downtime and any workarounds Ntegra IT Solutions can employ to easy the client’s pain points.

Solve problem

An NtegraCare™ technician solves the problem, whether the repair entails replacing a part, removing a virus, reinstalling the computer, or replacing the computer in its entirety.

Scan and clean

The computer system is scanned and cleaned to ensure security and optimal operating performance.

Install all necessary patches and security fixes

All of the latest patches and security fixes are applied to the computer.

Setup

An NtegraCare™ technician returns the computer to its previous operating capacity by installing all peripherals, attaching all cables and setting up the workspace.

Test and train

The system is then tested by the client and ensured of proper working order.  If there is a change to the computer that the NtegraCare™ technician feels the client should know about to operate effectively, training may be performed at that time.  Extensive training that includes a new product or operating system may incur an additional charge.
